Liz (BSc Sport Science) is a movement and exercise specialist. She specialises in movement and posture improvement. 


With many years coaching children and adults, she has developed her knowledge through working with international rugby teams, clients with injuries, post operation, cancer survivors, pregnancy, and isolated muscle strengthening to build stability and power for athletes and all individuals she works with.


Adaptable and able to work with small groups or 1:1 training, online or in person.
