Ian Macleod  - Liz trained me ahead of my second Comrades Marathon (87km) last year. I had some weaknesses and pains I needed to fix. Liz came up with a plan using a variety of movements one doesn't just find on Google. She easily picked up where the problems were and found ways to hit those core muscles I wasn't engaging. 


On race day I had none of the lower back pain I had experienced before. And I could feel those non-firing muscles giving substantially more support than before. 


Liz also corrected some serious form mistakes I was making at CrossFit. That got me lifting more and almost certainly prevented injury.

I'm fortunate to have Liz as my personal trainer since January 2017. I always leave things a bit late so it was a big ask...only 6 weeks to help me get fit for a gruelling 1400km cycle across South Africa… but she did it!!! In just 60 minutes a day she is helping me prepare for my next challenge of climbing Mt Elbrus, the highest peak in Europe.
